Exchanges Only – No Refunds
Fiso Sneakers operates an exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds for products purchased through our store, except where required by applicable South African law.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery, be unused and unworn, be in its original condition, and include original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Size Exchanges
If you require a different size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items for exchange, including collection, courier, shipping, and handling fees. Fiso Sneakers does not cover collection or return shipping costs for size exchanges, preference changes, or other exchange requests not resulting from our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact Fisomphemba188@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue. Where required by South African consumer law, we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items returned after the exchange period, products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging or tags, and clearance or promotional items (unless defective) are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
1. Email Fisomphemba188@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request. 2. Wait for exchange approval and instructions. 3. Return the item according to the instructions provided. 4. Once inspected and approved, your replacement item will be shipped.
